CNAS Metrology Laboratory: The more accurate the measurement data, the more secure the product is. A qualified engine, each component must meet the design and technical standards, and there may be quality problems with slight deviation. Therefore, the ability of enterprises in metering and calibration is sloppy. In 2018, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) review team confirmed that Yuchai's measurement laboratory successfully passed the on-site assessment of 28 metrology and calibration technical capabilities such as mechanics, temperature, pressure, length and electricity. The level of calibration capability fully meets the CNAS National Laboratory accreditation requirements. Yuchai CNAS Metrology Laboratory has established a more complete calibration project, a quality management system that is more in line with international standards, and promotes technical capabilities for calibration according to international standards, providing quality assurance for the development and manufacture of Guoliu and T4 products. Provide more powerful measurement technology support for Yuchai product quality and internationalization. Class 10,000 clean room: The stricter the requirements on the product, the responsibility to the customer For the engine, the cleanliness of components or the whole machine is unqualified, which may cause early wear of the engine fuel system and lubrication system, crankshaft or bearing bush strain, etc., and may cause the engine to be scrapped in severe cases. In order to ensure the safety of users, Yuchai has always paid great attention to the cleanliness monitoring of parts and machines. For the parts that are put into use, we will check them one by one. In April, Yuchai officially put into use the “10,000-class clean roomâ€. What are the requirements for the Yuchai Class 1000 clean room? According to the US Federal Government's [Federal Standard (FS) 209E, 1992] standard clean room grade standard conversion: to achieve the "10,000 cleanliness" level, the number of dust particles per cubic meter of air or greater than 0.5 microns should not exceed 350,000 dust particles with a diameter of 5 microns or more must not exceed 2,000. The general laboratory's sterile room and microbiology room are both 10,000. In addition, Yuchai's 10,000-class clean room will also control the temperature at 20~26°C; when the noise is controlled in static test, the noise level will not exceed 60 decibels, which is only equivalent to the normal voice of people. This greatly improves the accuracy of the test results. Compared with the general atmospheric environment, the number of particles in the 10,000-class clean room air is reduced by at least 99%. With the 10,000-class clean room, we have more fully protected the testing environment and strengthened the control level of the cleanliness of parts. In the era of the Sixth National Day, Yuchai required suppliers to do a good job of self-guarantee of cleanliness, and proposed that if we find a strict requirement for all unqualified returns, we should start from ourselves and turn off the quality. Since its inception, the “Million-class Clean Room†has been able to effectively control the quality of engine components and prevent non-conforming products from flowing into the factory.
