It is understood that the crane is mainly used for dock lifting operations, with a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons and a maximum lifting capacity of 48 meters. The machine has a high installation height, large structural size and large weight, and the door base machine has a self-weight of 532 tons, which brings difficulties for installation and construction. The project department overcame various difficulties and, after unremitting efforts, finally successfully completed the lifting operation.
On October 30th, the 50-ton door crane project of Zhejiang Kailing Shipyard, which was built by the Equipment Institute of China Shipbuilding Ninth Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., completed the lifting of the last large rod, marking the most risky in the manufacturing process of the machine. The work link has been completed, laying a solid foundation for smooth delivery.
