   ZSP-508D metal detection machine adopted German trade technology design, which is able to detect all metal foreign bodies,including iron,copper,aluminum,stainless steel.
   It was mainly applied in food, medicine,daily chemical,rubber and plastic as well as toy industries. All components of this metal detection machine were used by the imported original or foreign brand accessories. Range of application:
1.Can detect all metallic foreign bodies(iron and non-ferrous metal). Such as iron,copper,stainless steel and other black and non-ferrous metal.
2.Used to check whether there are broken needle,nails,iron filings and other metal impurities in the footwear,plastic,packing materials and so on.

1.Electronic components are make use of imported components, Super-strong anti-interference integrated circuit.
2.Adopts food grade PVC or PU conveyor belt,use laser cutting and welding technology,Japan brand bearing and 304 seamless steel tube roller with 5mm thickness, adopts Japan Mitsubishi synchronous belt and German JSCC brand motor.
3.Two-way signal display function.When metal passes through, two ways of signal indicators will shows different induction intensity according to the size of the metal.
4.Product effect regulating function: certain products, such as sugar-containing products, salt-containing food and meat products, could project a signal similar to metal on the metal detector that would effect the test results, such effect would be reduced by this function so as to realize better detection results.
5.Anti-missed-detection function. When multiple metal signals pass through, the instrument will automatically detect the number of the signals, avoiding missing in action of the actuator.
6.The detector adopts the sound and light alarm,when a metal is found, the device automatically stop, the operation is very convenient and reliable, and has super strong shockproof capabilities.
