Therefore, according to the same idea, we decided to install a set of accumulators on the oil pump outlet main pipe to the lubricating oil pipe.

According to the designed outlet flow of the main pump of the small machine and the designed fuel supply of the bearing of the small steam pump set, and the time required for the main pump of the small machine to switch, calculate the volume of the required accumulator first by 10 s; then follow The actual situation at the scene, the accumulator structure, shape, volume, nitrogen pressure and other parameters are designed, and through consulting Dongfang Steam Turbine Factory, determine the parameters of the lubricant accumulator as follows. The total amount of oil to be supplied to the system: 320/60×10=53.3L of nitrogen-filled pressure: 0.4MPa. Considering the large volume of the accumulator, in order to ensure the total oil supply and the overall effect, we plan to use four 40L reservoirs. Energizer, so that its oil supply to 80L (another 80L is nitrogen); In addition, we consider that the accumulator group may affect the entire system oil pressure in normal operation, so its inlet and outlet pipes are divided into two And install retrograde doors to better ensure oil supply. A set of accumulators was added to a safety oil and lubricating oil line, but their volumes were different.
