(1) The flotation agent consumes a large amount of money, and it is necessary to set up a grease reservoir at a location away from the fire source outside the main building and convenient for transportation. According to the supply and delivery of the goods, a sufficient amount of flotation agent is stored.

(2) At the top of the production workshop, storage tanks for collectors and foaming agents are separately provided, and the volume can be stored for about 3 days.

(3) The construction and surrounding environment between the grease store and the workshop grease shall comply with the fire prevention regulations and have a sufficient number of fire extinguishing facilities with good performance.

(4) All electrical facilities between the grease store and the workshop grease must comply with the explosion-proof requirements to avoid electric sparks caused by leakage.

(5) Explosive and flammable materials should not be piled up in and around the grease store and the workshop grease; no smoking or fire can be caused; no electric welding or gas welding can be carried out without the approval of the fire department and taking reliable fire prevention measures.

(6) Flotation agents All kinds of storage tanks and conveying pipes and valves shall not have leakage. When handling pipe blockage, it is forbidden to hit with a heavy hammer.

(7) When conveying the flotation agent or cleaning the storage tank, the flotation agent sprinkled on the outside of the tank or on the floor should be wiped clean in time; the oil residue released when cleaning the storage tank should be removed in time. All storage tanks should be provided with a sealing cover.

Second, health protection work

Foaming agents are highly volatile and have a certain odor, which will stimulate the respiratory system and skin to varying degrees. Therefore, it is important to use hygienic protection when using flotation agents. To this end, it should be done:

(1) Grease storage, workshop grease and flotation workshop should ensure good ventilation to reduce the stimulation of volatile flotation agent on the human body. Reducing the volatile concentration of flotation agent in the air is also a requirement for fire protection work.

(2) When contacting or handling an irritating flotation agent, it is best to wear latex gloves and wear protective glasses if necessary.

(3) When the person is stained with corrosive or highly irritating flotation agent, it should be washed immediately to avoid burning the skin.

(4) It is not advisable to place food or meal in the grease store and the workshop grease. The flotation operator must wash his hands before eating.
