5. Qualified bidders’ qualification conditions:
5.1 Registration within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with the ability to independently assume civil liability;
5.2 has a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
5.3 Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;
5.4 Have a good record of paying taxes and paying social security funds according to law;
5.5 In the three years prior to participating in government bidding activities, there were no major violation records in business activities;
5.6 The goods and services offered by the Bidder shall be within its business scope;
5.7 The Bidder must purchase the bidding documents from the procurement agency and register it for the record. The potential bidders who have not purchased the bidding documents from the purchasing agency and registered for registration are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
6. You need to bring information when you purchase the tender documents:
