It is understood that the project lasted for 3 years, the main task is to design, manufacture, test and test technical research on yaw bearing, pitch bearing and spindle bearing of 5MW and above, and break through the key technologies of high-power fan series bearings. During the project development process, the company cooperated with Dalian University of Technology on the basis of independent research and development, and solved 6 key core technologies. It successfully developed 5MW yaw bearings, pitch bearings and 6MW spindle bearings, and its performance has reached the international advanced level of similar products. It has been installed in the customer's operation, and the product performance is stable and reliable, and has been recognized by customers.

The National Energy Administration's "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Wind Power Development" clearly states that it will continue to increase the proportion of wind power in energy consumption and realize the transformation of wind power from supplementary energy to alternative energy. In the field of wind power bearings, the company is the only enterprise in China that can produce all kinds of wind power supporting bearings. It is now fully equipped with 1.5MW, 2.0MW, 2.5MW, 3.0MW direct drive and doubly-fed fans, and the series has developed 5.0MW, 6.0. All the MW fans are equipped with bearings, and they have mastered the bearing technology of wind turbines.
