1. The quality of goods (accessories), raw materials or technical safety; structural design in doubt.

3. Unstable nut tightening force, slide wire breakage, loose drop, etc., may cause the work to fail.

5. Add too much smooth oil, oil level is too high or the wrong oil.

6. Parts (such as side covers and thin-walled parts) are deformed by joints and the shells are damaged, causing smooth oil to seep out.

7. After the air plug and the check valve are blocked, the pressure difference between the case's surface and the inside of the case often results in oil leakage in the sealed thin place.

Second, to prevent oil spills from tankers

1. Pay attention to the pad effect. The gaskets between the stationary parts of the car (such as the joint end faces, the end caps, the housing, the cover mats, the planar enamel cover, etc.) play a role in preventing leaks. If the data, manufacturing quality, and device do not meet the skill standards, the leak-proof effect of the seal will not be achieved, or even the occurrence of incidents. Such as oil pan or valve cover, because of the large touch area and difficult to compact, resulting in the formation of oil spills.

2. All types of fastening nuts on the vehicle must be tightened according to the regular torque. 4. Prevent check valve and vent valve from blocking. 5. Properly handle all types of oil pipe joint seals. The joint nut of the vehicle is often dismantled, and the simple slip wire breaks and looses, which can lead to oil leakage. Instead of the union nut, the taper seal is treated with a grind method, and the nut is pressed tight to handle the seal.

6. Prevent the hub from throwing oil. Wheel hub bearings and cavity too much smooth grease, or improper oil seal device, poor quality and aging failure; frequent overheating caused by wheel hub temperature; axle nut loose, etc. will cause the hub to throw oil.
