Mount Prospect firefighters received immediate support from neighboring departments including Rolling Meadows, Prospect Heights, Des Plaines, and Arlington Heights. The activation of the MABAS Box Alarm system brought additional resources from Palatine, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, North Maine, Schaumburg, Northbrook, and Hoffman Estates to assist in managing the challenging situation.
