Delfast is excited to announce the upcoming release of its latest electric bike, the Fusion. Designed for adventure seekers and extreme riders, this new model combines power, durability, and versatility in one sleek package.

The Fusion is built to conquer all terrains. With low-pressure tires, it excels on sand, snow, and rough trails, offering unmatched traction and stability. Despite its rugged capabilities, the bike remains lightweight—weighing just 32 kg (70 lbs) without the battery. Each battery adds only 4 kg (9 lbs), making it easy to handle and transport.

One of the standout features of the Fusion is its dual battery system. Riders can install a second battery to double the range, extending the bike’s performance from 32 miles on a single charge to an impressive 70 miles with both batteries. The batteries are removable and can be charged separately, giving users more flexibility and convenience. Additional batteries can be purchased separately or added at the time of purchase.

For the first time, Delfast has integrated a mid-drive motor into the Fusion, positioning the motor in the center for optimal torque and efficiency. This design allows for a powerful 160 Nm of torque and uses a belt drive instead of a traditional chain, ensuring greater reliability and less maintenance. The Fusion also supports a two-wheel drive version called 2X2, currently in development.

With a maximum motor power of 1500W, the Fusion can reach speeds of up to 31 mph (50 km/h), making it ideal for both city commutes and off-road adventures. It’s set to hit the market by the end of 2020, promising to redefine what an electric bike can do.
