Delfast is excited to announce the upcoming release of its latest innovation in electric biking: the Fusion. Designed for adventure seekers and extreme riders, this new model promises to redefine performance on any terrain.

The Fusion is built with high all-terrain capabilities, a powerful motor, and a large-capacity battery. It’s set to hit the market by the end of 2020, making it one of the most anticipated e-bikes of the year.

One of the standout features of the Fusion is its low-pressure tires, which make it an ideal fat bike for sand, snow, and everything in between. Despite its robust design, the bike remains lightweight, weighing just 32 kg (70 lbs) without the battery. Each battery adds only 4 kg (9 lbs), ensuring ease of handling and transport.

In terms of power, the Fusion offers the option to install a second battery, effectively doubling the range. Both batteries are removable and can be charged independently. Additional batteries can be purchased separately or included at the time of purchase. With a single battery, the Fusion can travel up to 32 miles, and with two, it can go as far as 70 miles.

This is the first time Delfast has used a mid-drive motor, positioned centrally for maximum torque of 160 Nm. The belt drive system ensures greater reliability compared to traditional chains. The company is also developing a 2X2 dual-wheel drive version of the Fusion, which will feature a 1500W motor capable of reaching speeds up to 31 mph (50 km/h).
