Two-stage magnetic separation-shaker combined process test of pyrite cinder

The pyrite cinder (dry mine) is sieved through a 100 mesh sieve, and the sieved product is ground in a holding mill for 5 min, the grinding concentration is C=70%, stirred for 5-8 minutes, and then subjected to two-stage magnetic separation. The magnetic field strength is 2500 ohms and 3000 ohms respectively. One magnetic separation concentrate and two-stage magnetic separation concentrate are combined into the final concentrate. The second-stage magnetic separation tailings are re-elected on the shaker to obtain the middle and tailings respectively. . The process flow is shown in Figure 1. The table below shows the test results.

The results in the table show, the sulfur in the iron ore slag pretreated under the same conditions, with a two-stage magnetic separation - combined shaker test process, although possible to obtain high concentrate grade, 61.23%, and 63.22%, respectively, The content of S is also relatively low, and can be reduced to less than 0.3%, but the concentrate yield and recovery rate are not high. The cumulative yield of concentrate I+ concentrate II is 43.02%, and the cumulative recovery rate is 52.32%.
