A kaolinite-gibbsite bauxite mine is selected by mud and moisture. After coarse grinding (-50mm+3mm) grinding, the iron is removed by magnetic separation, and the ore is floated after grinding. The selection process is shown in Figure 1. Shown. After the selection, three kinds of products are obtained. The bauxite concentrate is used to produce electric furnace corundum or Bayer process aluminum oxide. The kaolinite product is recovered by sintering method, and the iron-containing product is used to produce iron concentrate, so that the bauxite is comprehensively recovered. 
The magnetic separation magnetic field strength is 3000-3500 Oersted, and the flotation collector is oleic acid: Tal oil: engine oil=1:1:1, and the total amount is 300 g/t. The results of the selection are shown in Table 1. It can be seen from Table 1 that the bauxite concentrate contains 49.8% Al 2 O 3 , the recovery rate is 58.8%, and the aluminum to silicon ratio is increased from 4.7 to 8.4, and a certain sorting effect is obtained.
