Based on customer requirements and product requirements, the R&D and Design Department has customized new tools and compiled sample processing technologies. It has tracked the production and testing of drum-shaped slewing bearing samples and successfully developed a certain type of drum-shaped slewing bearing samples. The samples were tested by the testing and testing center, and all technical indicators were in compliance with the requirements of the drawings. After successful trial production of prototypes, small batch production was successfully achieved in collaboration with the Precision Division and the Reload Division and various research institutes, and orders were delivered on schedule.
The drum-shaped slewing bearing is a product independently developed by our company. Due to its advantages such as high bearing capacity, long lifespan, high efficiency, and hard to break teeth, it was identified as a provincial-level high-tech product in November 2013.
At present, most of the slewing ring gears in China are straight teeth or tapered teeth, and the phenomenon of broken teeth frequently occurs. The middle thickness of the tooth thickness of the drum tooth gear is thin at both ends, allowing greater angular displacement of the gear pair's two axes. The angular displacement value is 3-6 times of the straight teeth, and the angular displacement compensation amount is large, which improves the contact condition when the gear meshes. Can effectively eliminate or reduce the impact of angular displacement, the radial compression force applied to the pinion by the paired pinion is smaller, which reduces the occurrence of broken teeth. The drum tooth slewing ring uses the equal strength theory to design the meshing pair of gears, and determines the unilateral thinning of the gear according to the requirements of the maximum declination displacement and the maximum bearing capacity. In the same specifications, materials, gear module, pressure angle, displacement coefficient and other conditions, the bearing capacity of the drum slewing bearing is more than 15% higher than the straight tooth. Due to the large amount of angular displacement compensation when the gear teeth are meshed, the contact condition of the gear meshing is improved, and the drum gear slewing ring can also effectively reduce the jitter caused by the gear pair in the transmission process.
After tests and customer use verification, because of its special tooth structure, the drum gear slewing bearing has obvious advantages compared with straight teeth, which can improve the phenomenon of broken teeth, increase the bearing capacity of the slewing bearing, and prolong the rotation.
