INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed to be innovative, secure, and fast. They are made from synthetic materials and are suitable for most fluid-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive pipe systems. The design and production strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards. If the product does not meet customer needs, we can customize it according to their requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure makes connection and disconnection faster and easier. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, allowing for high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in design.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings. These rings are designed for fluid applications, offering anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling resistance. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, ensuring no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings improve mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This ensures a strong and reliable seal.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring’s elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect the two connectors together, then pull back to ensure complete connection. For repair or removal, push the male connector forward and press the clip button to expand the lock, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
