FEATURES
Double row deep groove ball bearings are designed to handle high and very high speeds, making them ideal for applications where the load capacity of single row bearings is insufficient. These bearings are wider than their single row counterparts with the same bore and outer diameter but offer significantly higher load capacity.

CAGES
CHIK double row deep groove ball bearings without a cage suffix feature a sheet steel cage. For specialized purposes, polymer cages may be used, offering better friction and lubrication properties.

SEALING AND LUBRICATION
These bearings are primarily produced in sealed versions, though other types can be made upon request. Sealed versions ensure excellent lubrication under operating conditions, as additional lubrication might not be sufficient for this bearing design. CRAFT bearings grease is a low noise grease thickened with lithium 12-hydroxy stearic, made from deeply refined mineral oil with rust and oxidation inhibitors through a special technical process. It operates effectively between -20°C and +120°C.
