The working environment temperature of the product is below -20 °C or above 50 °C. Eco-design regulations require implementation phase and date: Eco-design regulations effective date: The implementation measures will be effective on the 20th day after the official publication of the official journal of the European Union, and will be mandatory on September 1, 2018.
