The JXL series trolley mechanism is a self-designed new product based on the advanced foreign technologies.National patented product: patent:ZL 2006 2 0036472.3 planetary drive winch.This series mechanism consists of torque motor,semi-concealed planetary reducer, winding drum, rack and so on with features of stable startup and braking, high transmission efficiency, low noise, compact structure, safe and reliable braking, accurate positioning, beautiful external appearance, etc.This series mechanism can be equipped with variable frequency motor and corresponding electrical control system to constitute JXF series frequency control trolley mechanism with features of zero-speed braking, smoother startup and speed change.
 On the basis of absorbing advanced foreign technology, our company developed the JXD trolley luffing mechanism independently for small and medium sized tower cranes.
This series of trolley mechanism consists of electromagnetic double-speed change pole motor, semi-concealed planetary reducer, drum, frame and other compoents. Its characteristics include compact structure, high driving efficiency, and low noise, safe and reliable braking, accurate positioning, pleasing in appearance and so on. When users have higher requirements to the trolley running, variable frequency speed regulation motor with the same interface and relevant electric control system may be changed to form the variable frequency speed regulation trolley mechanism.

Modular Belt Conveyor


Quantum has expanded its Belt Conveyor offering to include a range of economical Modular Belt Conveyors.



Our Modular Belt Conveyor are designed in fixed section lengths and belt widths to reduce delivery lead times, installation times with spare parts inventory and reduce your Total Cost of Ownership. Quantum Modular Conveyors are manufactured in line with the outstanding quality of our custom built conveyors that our clients have come to expect.



Standard modules are in 3m sections, with a shorter, custom module to ensure the conveyor suits your plant layout. Head and tail sections are designed to cover a wide range of throughputs for each belt size. They can be used in horizontal and inclined applications – support legs can be positioned as required. All conveyors can include covers.



A typical application is for narrow belt width, fully enclosed modular sample and dust return conveyors. All of our conveyors can be designed for Modularization and our Standard belt widths include 350mm, 450mm and 750mm.
