The 1/4LNND hydraulic atomizing nozzle is designed to produce a fine mist with a hollow cone spray pattern using only liquid pressure. This makes it ideal for applications requiring even and efficient distribution of liquids. The nozzle features a core and orifice tip that work together to create ultra-fine droplets, ensuring excellent coverage and performance.

Available in both brass and stainless steel (303SS or 316SS), the nozzle body and cap are built to last. It can be equipped with an integral strainer for added filtration, especially when dealing with dirty or particulate-laden fluids. The design allows for easy removal and cleaning of the nozzle head without the need for pipe joint sealant, making maintenance straightforward.

This nozzle supports both male and female BSPT/NPT threads, offering flexibility in installation. Flow rates range from 3.1 to 230 L/h at 20 bar, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. The MLNN version includes an integrated strainer screen, enhancing its reliability in demanding environments.
